Since 2017, I have come to believe more strongly than ever that we need working community members to step forward and serve in public office—people who live, work, and raise their families in the same communities they represent. As a working mother, I understand firsthand many of the challenges working families face because I live them too. I believe that lived experience leads to better representation and helps ensure that the decisions being made reflect the realities of the families we serve. That is what inspired me to run for public office and what continues to motivate me to serve: giving working families a voice at the table and making sure our community is represented by people who truly understand it.
Ensure Greenfield Union School District remains a stable and dependable community resource for working families by continuing to provide strong public schools, safe learning environments, and programs and services that support children and families.
Continue expanding educational opportunities and providing students with the academic support they need to succeed. My priority is to improve student achievement and continue reducing academic achievement gaps so that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Continue investing in facilities that our students and community deserve, including moving forward with the construction of another middle school gymnasium. Modern, well-maintained facilities provide students with greater opportunities to learn, participate in activities, and develop healthy habits.
